Having recently moved to the South, I’m really craving some cool, crisp, autumn air right about now. However, I’m most excited for the wardrobe staples that come along with the beautiful weather and changing leaves. In anticipation, I’ve started shifting my closet from summer tanks to chunky knits. I’m most looking forward to cozying up in this John + Jenn cream/smoke printed sweater. The asymmetric hemline and woven detail on the side add just the right amount of interest. Next up in the pile are some of my favorite Derek Lam 10 Crosby sweaters. As Derek Lam’s contemporary price-point line, 10 Crosby offers an array of luxe pieces at an affordable price. The cashmere is super soft and the styles/colors often cohere with the designer sportswear pieces. My third go-to designer for oversized sweaters is Vince. You can never go wrong with their classic, timeless knits like the navy v-neck pictured below. It’s also fun to layer a crisp white shirt, or a printed silk blouse underneath for something different. That said, my favorite way to style any chunky knit is simply with great pair of leather pants!
